About Ellie

I have worked in employment law since 2013, qualifying as a solicitor in 2020.   I have a degree in French and Politics from the University of Leicester and have spent time living and studying in Paris.

I am passionate about employment law and representing people who have been unfairly treated at work and I am particularly focussed on helping individuals who have been subjected to bullying, discrimination and harassment.  I have a supportive approach and use my legal expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Examples of work:

Ellie advises and assists individuals, groups and organisations on employment law matters.  She handles all types of employment tribunal claims from unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy, unauthorised deductions from wages, whistleblowing, TUPE and automatically unfair dismissal and detriment.

Ellie has specialist knowledge and experience in dealing with discrimination and harassment claims including complex race and sexual harassment, maternity discrimination and disability discrimination cases.

Ellie regularly negotiates exit packages and settlements and provides advice to individuals and organisations in relation to settlement agreements.
