I joined Awdry Law in 2018 having spent ten years working for another law firm. I am a senior associate solicitor in the commercial and land and development departments. I also manage the firm’s Marlborough office.
I specialise in the sale and purchase of rural land, farms, estates and equestrian property. I also have extensive experience in high-value and complex residential and mixed use property transactions as well as all aspects of property finance to include bridging, development and equity release.
My experience extends across a broad range of commercial property matters including acting for both landlords and tenants in lease transactions, lease assignments and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property. I also advise on easements and related land rights.

Before studying law, I was a professional horse rider and instructor and twice competed at the national dressage championships.
My family life includes two children, one labrador, one very old horse and Floss the pony.
I enjoy skiing in France and Italy but my children are already quicker than me.
