Awdry Law welcomes Natasha Thomas, as a Senior Associate (Corporate) to Swindon Office

Awdry Law are delighted to announce the appointment of Natasha Thomas as a Senior Associate within our Corporate Department, based in the firm’s Swindon office. Natasha brings with her extensive experience gained at large regional and international law firms.

Natasha advises business owners, directors, and management teams across a broad range of sectors. Typically, Natasha gets involved with Acquisitions and Disposals (of both shares and business and assets), Management Buyouts, Restructures, Shareholders’ Agreements/Joint Venture Agreements, and day-to-day corporate governance support. Natasha’s practical, relationship-focused approach ensures that clients not only receive clear, straightforward advice, but also benefit from her commercial insight and strategic understanding of their businesses.

Speaking about Natasha’s appointment, Tim Hotchkiss, Partner and Swindon Office Manager at Awdry Law, said:
