About Natasha

I joined Awdry Law in October 2025, having previously worked at large regional and international firms.

My experience in advising Business and Company owners and managers is varied, and I enjoy navigating the commercial challenges faced within different sectors quickly.

I can help small, family-owned businesses up to large corporate entities with their goals.

I will always explain the most complex concepts in a way which is simple for you to understand, to ensure that where there are several options available, you can make an informed decision. I go beyond providing advice, and I will always put myself in your position, and share with you what I would do if I was you from both a legal and a wider strategic business perspective.

Typically, I would support and advise a businesses/company owner on a wide range of corporate matters, including the following:

Acquisition/Disposal of shares in a Private Limited Company;
Acquisition/Disposal of assets in a Business/Private Limited Company;
Shareholders’ Agreements (do ensure that your Company has one in place and that it is kept up to date) and Joint Ventures;
Restructuring Private Limited Companies and Management Buyouts; and
Day to day/ad-hoc support for Directors in the management of a Company, including queries on compliance with Company legislation, including the Companies Act 2006.

Examples of work:

Acting in a large volume of transactions within the Wealth Management sector, including acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets in Private Limited Companies, as well as restructures including Management Buyouts.
Acting in a Management Buy-Out of a popular Public House in Gloucestershire.
Acting in various acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets in Private Limited Companies within the Healthcare Sector, including dental practices, veterinary practices and opticians.

2. I grew up in South West Wales, and speak Welsh fluently.
