I joined the firm in 2004, am Head of Land & Development and became an Equity Partner in April 2017. I am also the Resident Partner of the firm’s Marlborough and Swindon offices.
I head up Awdry Law’s Land & Development Department and have over 12 years’ experience in a range of real estate matters, with particular expertise in site acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, development and strategic land agreements, property investment, joint ventures, plot sales and finance matters. I also have extensive experience in Commercial Property, Agricultural Property and complex and/or prime Residential Property matters. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2010 and as a Solicitor in 2014, with a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
I pride myself in being a dealmaker and adopt a dynamic and collaborative approach to transactions. I have a wide portfolio of clients, to include developers, landowners, lenders and investors, with an excellent team around me.
I am an avid golfer and am always striving to lower my handicap (often unsuccessfully). I enjoy watching most sports, often accompanied by my children, and am particularly passionate about Liverpool Football Club and Bath Rugby.
