About Rachel

I am a partner and head of employment and litigation (Dispute Resolution).

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and have expertise and experience in all elements of employment law advising employees, employers and HR professionals in relation to day to day issues and employment tribunal proceedings.

Our Employment team at Awdry Law is particularly well-regarded for its work on settlement agreements. We regularly advise both employers and employees on the legal, financial, and practical aspects of these agreements, ensuring our clients are protected and fully informed before signing.

My dispute resolution work includes contract disputes, property disputes, adjudications, professional negligence, landlord and tenant issues and possession proceedings.

I regularly give presentations to local businesses and have appeared on BBC Wiltshire radio several times as their guest employment lawyer.
