Lisa Quigley

Deputy Head of Conveyancing
Office(s):
About Lisa

I first joined Awdry Law in 2000 as an unqualified Legal Assistant with no knowledge of property law! I quickly developed an interest in property law and spent 5 years studying law with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in property law.

I left the firm in 2010 returning in December 2017. I truly feel I am best able to fulfil my role and provide the best service to my clients here at Awdry Law.

I enjoy being part of a like-minded department working pro-actively and efficiently with a solid network of support staff and resources. I think the key to building strong client and professional relationships is clear, concise communication.

I progressed to the role of team leader, managing a dedicated group of colleagues within the property department. This position has enabled me to develop my leadership and organisational skills, ensuring that the team consistently meets deadlines and maintains a high standard of client care.

In my role as Deputy Head of the Conveyancing Department I am committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, where everyone feels valued and motivated to achieve their best.

Examples of work:

  • Acting in all types of Residential property transactions, locally and across England and Wales
  • Acting for clients obtaining equity release mortgages
  • High value property transactions
  • London property transactions
