I am the HR Manager at Awdry Law having recently joined the firm and bring with me almost 20 years of experience working in Human Resources.
I started my career in financial services, and progressed to managing my own bank branch, but in 2002 I decided that I wanted to change direction and pursue a career in HR. I have been delivering HR operational excellence in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, change projects and performance management, supporting managers and employees to succeed ever since.
I am a positive, proactive and pragmatic person who believes in collaborative working to help support the emotional and career needs of employees. I hope to be able to use my strengths to contribute to the success of Awdry Law going forward.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, mostly with my Jack Russell terrier, Wilbur and have recently taken up swimming to relax and increase my fitness levels. I enjoy holidays in the sun and also skiing when I’m feeling brave!
