I have always had a keen interest in property and previously worked at a specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement firm, assisting clients with their freehold purchases and lease extensions, ensuring the price they paid was in line with current market valuations.

I worked closely with many conveyancing solicitors during this time and was keen to experience working within a law firm. I started at Awdry Law in March 2022 and I hope my previous leasehold enfranchisement knowledge will be of good use!
