About Christiana

I started my legal career as a legal secretary in both residential and commercial property teams while studying my Law Degree at the University of Brighton in 2010.

After completing my undergraduate degree, I then went on to complete my LPC and Masters at the University of Law in London in 2014, after which I continued to work as a paralegal specialising in both residential and commercial property while also gaining experience in a wide range of property matters over the years.

I qualified through an experience based route as a Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2024 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025 and have always enjoyed working in property. Having the opportunity to help people find their dream homes encourages me to keep developing my skills and knowledge in the field to provide the best care and service to my clients.

Examples of work:

  • Sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Re-mortgaging of residential properties.
  • Transfers of Equity of residential properties.
  • New build freehold and leasehold purchases.
  • Shared Ownership sales and purchases.
  • Declarations of Trust.

Outside of work:

  • I love roller skating both indoors and outdoors. There is nothing better than skating through the park on a warm summer day
  • I also really enjoy playing board games with my friends and family and although I never win I will always be the first to say “It’s the taking part that counts!”
