Awdry Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Jackson as Senior Associate Solicitor in its Bath conveyancing team, further strengthening the firm’s growing presence in the city.
Kate brings extensive experience in residential conveyancing, having worked full time in the sector throughout her career. She deals with all aspects of conveyancing, including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, sales of part and new build work, and transfers following death or divorce.
Having graduated from Bristol University and trained in London before moving to Wiltshire in 1997, Kate has built strong connections across Bath and Wiltshire. She has close ties with local agents and clients, making her appointment particularly significant for Awdry Law’s Bath office as it continues to grow its team and deepen its links within the local community.
Kate enjoys the high level of client contact that her role involves and is passionate about supporting clients through what can often be a stressful or emotional time. Her experience and local knowledge will help Awdry Law continue to offer a personal, approachable service to those buying, selling or moving home in Bath and the surrounding area.
