About Rebecca

I joined the firm in 2007 as a young trainee. I qualified as a Legal Executive shortly after.

I have worked in most of the firm’s branches but have been back in the Marlborough office for a good few years now, heading up the Marlborough residential property team.

I am an experienced conveyancer and there are not many residential property situations or matters that I have not come up against and more importantly, concluded to a successful outcome!

Examples of work:

Any residential property matter including new builds, leasehold, help to buy, transfers of equity, remortgages, equity release, buy to let, right to buy, houses in multiple occupation.
Advising in relation to Trusts and helping people protect their assets.
Investigation, drawing up legal documentation and offering advice in relation to rights and covenants.
