I joined the firm in 2007 as a trainee Lawyer and I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive shortly after. I am an experienced conveyancer and there are not many residential property situations or matters that I have not come up against, and more importantly, concluded to a successful outcome!
I work in all of our offices, but the Marlborough Office is my base and I am Team Leader to the residential property team there. I enjoy supporting and offering training to the conveyancing teams in all of our offices, sharing my experience and knowledge of all matters relating to residential conveyancing. I love helping others fulfil their potential and helping them achieve their goals.
Examples of areas of experience:-
• Residential property matters including new builds, leasehold, help to buy, transfers of equity, remortgages, equity release, buy to let, right to buy, houses in multiple occupation, transfers of land, auction sales/purchases, unregistered land.
• Advising in relation to Trusts and helping people protect their assets.
• Investigation, advice and drawing up legal documentation in relation to rights, covenants, boundaries.
