About Megan

After studying History at university, my interest in law began when I worked at Swindon County Court. I decided to study law and qualified as a Private Client Solicitor in 2017.

I am accredited with Association of Lifetime Lawyers and am a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I enjoy assisting my clients at what can often be a very difficult time for them and aim to be approachable and efficient in order to make the process as easy for them as possible.

Examples of work:

  • Acting in the administration of complex and simple estates, including dealing with intestacies with missing beneficiaries and estates with overseas assets.
  • Assisting in the administration and winding up of discretionary trusts.
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills.
  • Advising on Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and applications to remove trustees.

Three words which best describe you:

Practical, personable and proactive
