About Kate

After studying American History and Journalism I decided to study law via distance learning with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.  I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2024 and have many years of fee earning experience in the Private Client department.

I am a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

I pride myself on my supportive and personable approach to all of my clients at what can be an incredibly daunting and upsetting time of their lives.

I can assist with:

  • Drafting Wills to include Wills with Trusts
  • Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection work to include Deputyship applications and appointing and removing trustees
  • Administration of Estates, both testate and intestate
