About Jodie

I started at Awdry Law in May 2014 as a Legal Secretary after finishing my Law degree in October 2013. In 2016 I started training as a Fee Earner and began to run my own files.

Examples of work:

Dealing with sale and purchase transactions including Leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties.
Dealing with Re-mortgaging and Transfers of Equity.
Dealing with all aspects relating to first time purchases including ISAs and Equity Loans.

Three things people don’t know about you:

I am a leader of a local Brownie pack although go by the name of Snowy Owl rather than the usual Brown Owl!
I am currently part of a women’s dart team and have been for many years. We have won the league for the last 3 years running.
I decided to study law at school which in turn led to my degree all because of the film, Legally Blonde!
