Frances Nash

I specialise in Family Law and am based in our Chippenham Office, where I am also the Office Manager. I help with the legal aspects of domestic relationships both at the outset, by advising upon cohabitation and nuptial agreements and also upon breakdown, separation and divorce including domestic abuse, child and financial arrangements.

I enjoy the personal and bespoke nature of my work. I appreciate that the breakdown of a relationship is an extremely difficult and uncertain time for many and making a difference to my clients is very important to me. I provide empathic, realistic and pragmatic advice with the aim of resolving matters as amicably and swiftly as possible and supporting my clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

I am supported by the very calm and efficient Lucy Froud  (Paralegal) and together we provide a comprehensive service to all of our clients.

I am a member of Resolution (a community of family justice professionals who are committed to working to resolve issues in a constructive way) and having recently completed Resolution Together training I am delighted to be able to offer advice to couples together, to guide and support them through the legal process.

I live locally with my family.  Music is a passion and I go to as many concerts as possible.  I also follow football and cricket and enjoy walking through Wiltshire’s beautiful countryside and beyond with my dog.
