Beth Garrett

Solicitor, Family Law
About Beth

I graduated with a First Class degree in law in 2014 and received a full scholarship to study the BPTC part time, alongside running a small business and raising my 3 children. I was called to the Bar as an unregistered barrister in 2016 with an Outstanding BPTC result.

Since then, I have voluntarily helped disadvantaged litigants in person as a McKenzie Friend, and I have been employed as a family lawyer since 2022. I requalified as a solicitor in May 2024 and joined Awdry Law’s family law team shortly thereafter.

3 facts about you:

3. I’m half South African and Cape Town is one of my favourite places.
