I joined Awdry Law as a Technical Support Analyst in April of 2021 and for the first time in a long time I am able to confidently say that I enjoy coming to work and I love my job!

The IT team consists of myself and three others. What I love about the team is the way in which we work together & consistently support one and other. It is refreshing to work within a team where there are defined roles and responsibilities and where new ideas are encouraged. It is particularly rewarding to feel that my role and the team have direct contribution to the success of the firm.

In my role, I am often travelling around all the offices, this has meant I have formed well-established relationships with everyone in the firm. I believe what stands out and makes Awdry Law’s culture unique is that everyone at all levels is genuine, welcoming and very approachable.

There are also many benefits of working here, such as the generous holiday entitlement, flexible working, career development opportunities and now that lockdowns are no longer with us, excellent social events too.
