About Steven

I qualified as a Solicitor 15 years ago and have experience of dealing with complex matters in a number of areas including Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration and work in the firm's Royal Wootton Bassett office.

The decisions clients need to take dictates the need for a personal and approachable manner to make sure that the options available are appreciated and an informed, understandable, solution is provided. I enjoy creating solutions for clients and am happy to co-ordinate with other professionals including accountants and financial advisers.

Examples of work:

  • Dealing with complex estate administrations and successfully claiming the relevant inheritance tax allowances worth many millions of pounds.
  • Administering and finalising delicate and complicated discretionary trusts.
  • Estate planning including the utilisation of Deeds of Variation to protect assets and mitigate against potential inheritance tax liabilities.
  • Creation and registration of Lasting Power of Attorney documents.
