About Peter

I have specialised in Family Law for over 30 years, with particular expertise in dealing with complex Divorce financial disputes.

Relationship breakdown can be extremely distressing, so I feel it is important that clients not only have specialist advice but also someone who will work with them in a supportive way to help make the right decisions for their future.

I represent a wide range of clients, both locally and from across the UK, who are separating or divorcing. I frequently represent businesses owners, accountants and other professionals. My work includes high value cases involving family businesses, trusts, inherited assets, and pension schemes.

I am dedicated to helping clients avoid the distress of prolonged conflict. Drawing upon many years of experience, my focus is to find solutions, not problems, so that complex and difficult issues can be resolved. By focusing on solutions and taking a proactive approach, I aim to resolve disputes effectively and as soon as possible.

What clients say about Peter:

"Thank you for your understanding, kindness and support."

"He listened and wasn't judgemental, he dealt with everything promptly."

Examples of work:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial claims
  • Pre-Nuptial and Post Nuptial Agreements
  • Cohabitation claims, including ownership and the division of jointly occupied properties
  • Childcare arrangements, including relocation (within the UK and internationally) and where Child Arrangement Orders or Protection Orders are required
