About Paul

Having joined Awdry Law in 2015 from one of the region’s largest law firms, I am recognised as an expert in landlord and tenant law. I have acted for some of the country’s largest letting agents and insurers, author several legal precedents for RICS and am a lecturer for ARLA/NAEA Propertymark.

I live near Royal Wootton Bassett with my wife, two children, two cats and a dog and when they aren’t fully occupying my time I am an avid golf and badminton player.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and specialise in civil disputes including:

  • Contractual claims and high value debt recovery
  • Commercial litigation
  • Construction and property disputes
  • Contested probate including claims for family and dependents under the Inheritance Act 1975 and trustee/executor disputes
  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Professional negligence

What clients say about Paul:

"Paul was very friendly, easy to understand, he explained everything in easy terms. A good solicitor and very approachable."

"It was a real pleasure to deal with you along the process as -beyond the successful outcome- your legal advice & work were of high quality, clear and well-structured and produced in a timely manner. More specifically, it was really appreciated to notice that you had an in depth understanding of the details of the situation. I am also very pleased with the outcome of the claim. Thank you for making my first encounter with the UK legal system such a smooth experience!"

"I cannot begin to thank you enough for taking our case on when others wouldn’t. Your experience, guidance and support was invaluable during a sensitive and protracted time for us. Not only will we use you and your company for any future legal needs but will recommend you to friends or family."
