About Lisa

I first joined Awdry Law in 2000 as an unqualified Legal Assistant with no knowledge of property law! I quickly developed an interest in property law and spent 5 years studying law with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in property law.

I left the firm in 2010 and worked at other firms returning here in December 2017. I feel I am best able to fulfil my role and provide the best service to my clients here at Awdry Law.

I enjoy being part of a like-minded team working pro-actively and efficiently with a solid network of support staff and resources. I think the key to building strong client and professional relationships is communication.

What clients say about Lisa:

"Thank you for your excellent service and all your help during our sale and purchase."

"I would like to say I have been very impressed with your speed, attentiveness and professionalism, so please note our appreciation and gratitude."

"I cannot thank you enough for how efficiently you dealt with the purchase of my new property. Everything was made so easy and stress free for me which I am so grateful for. I would recommend you in a heartbeat."

"Lisa, we’ve used you so many times you feel like part of the family! Excellent work - Thank you."

"I have no hesitations recommending Lisa because I know she will act in the best interest of our clients. Instructing a good local independent firm can make all the difference when it comes to progressing a sale through to completion smoothly."

Examples of work:

  • Acting in all types of Residential property transactions
  • Acting for clients obtaining Equity Release Mortgages
  • Purchasing Shared Ownership properties and Staircasing
  • Lease extensions - acting for Landlords or Lessees.
