About Debbie

I qualified in 2007 as a Legal Executive when I first worked at Awdry Law in their Royal Wootton Bassett office. I left to raise my children, spending time living abroad in France and Sweden and returned to Conveyancing in 2017.

I think Conveyancing is an area of law you either love or don't and luckily, I love it! No two transactions are ever the same and it brings me joy to know I am helping clients through what can be a life changing and stressful time for them.

What clients say about Debbie:

"Thank you so very much for all your help, persistence and perseverance throughout. You have been incredibly responsive and you alone have probably been the difference between us buying our forever home and living in a rental for the rest of our days."

"Thank you for your service. It has been first class and will definitely recommend you."

“Brilliant service, quick responses, always cheerful, service felt very personal."

"Just a big thank you for such an easy, problem free experience!"

Examples of work:

Residential property matters including Freehold, Leasehold, Transfer of Equity, Remortgages, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.

Three things people don't know about you:

  • I started a daily meditation practice several years ago, which helps me to remain calm under pressure and has developed a greater ability to focus on tasks without becoming distracted.
  • When I'm not working or running my 2 children around, I enjoy running. In 2020 I clocked up 2020 miles! In 2021 I clocked up 2021 and ran 45 half marathon distances and ran my first marathon in sub 4 hours. I have more running challenges for 2022.
  • I have a definite creative side to me. My outlets include playing cello, baking and writing.
